- Payment by money transfer to the designated SEGA05 account. (SEGA 05, Account Number 984-4-29920-9 , Krungthai Bank)
- Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
- Registration will only be accepted upon the registration form and appropriate full payment.
- If you are student author’s delegate, please attach your ID card, together with the confirmation from your institute.
- Please kindly contact the Secretariat for advice if you have any difficulty or question registration.
- Please send the registration form along with the payment evidence (Bank Transaction Invoice) to: Email: SEGA0005@gmail.com

Refund and cancellation policy
- 1) Notification of any cancellation must be made in writing to the Secretariat Office.
- For cancellation before 15 days of the conference, your 50% pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded (per person cancellation fee). No refund of the conference registration fee for cancellations after September 15, 2016.
- All refund will only be processed 60 days after the conference.
